1) Broccoli

2) Dried Mushroom

3) Squid

4) Slices of chicken

5) Oyster sauce (2 tea spoon)

6) Chilly sauce (2 tea spoon)

7) Corn flour (1/2 tea spoon)

8) Salt

9) Red & White onion (tumis dulu)

okay...mix them up..and u will get the best ever vege! hehhehehe

err..whats with the title?

no idea..haha! now actually i'm in this very meeting room in my client's office.

client's office? urh..sounds corporate or whatever..

its my internship time. the second time actually. at the same place.

hurm..this time quit tougher and..what can i say..its a challenging but worth my time.

i'm doing auditing at the moment. which i can change to any other department like taxation, accounting, company secretary or perhaps syariah business advisory.

urgh..sounds boring isn't it?

thats my life. achieving ur ambition especially when the ambition was listed in the biodata is the memorable experience in ur life.

to be an accountant was one of my ambition. heck, i had no idea what on earth an accountant does?yeah. thats funny. i bet. ur ambition when u were small must be a doctor, accountant, lawyer, engineer..

what a boring life wud that be?

this is the post when i'm doing nothing which shud have to be something.

"Extra Time" wanted!!

Salam Ramadhan to all you my dear friends!

Ramadhan comes again! it is the most precious month I've ever waited since it disappear last year.

When I was small, my mother would give "upah" of RM1 for every day I fast. Cool is it?

It was a huge amount back then! Kaye.... And the most special moment was bazaar time! It was always the yummy "ayam percik", "air tebu", "murtabak"....wah!!!

Another best moment was "mercun n bunga api" time! Not the teraweh (kids u noe.... ;p) That was what we "kampong kids" did!

no worries..no band on bunga api and even we got the meriam buluh!

Hurrmmm...

Miss that time sooo much! That priceless memory would never ever come again..
Being an adult means the lesser play time is it? just take a look on my list :

5.00am reheat the meals, sahur, Subuh pray, reading quran
6.30am homework time
8.00am class
5.00pm cooking for break fast
7.15pm bath time (if and only if sumone who is kindheartedly want to look after the food atas dapur)
7.30pm Breaking fast
8.00pm Maghrib pray
8.30pm teraweh at the mosque
9.30pm facebooking (limitation : not more than 1 hour, see all the asigment also, not much attention on fb)
10.00pm homework time (again...)
1.00am pillow time!!

then bach to 5.00am again..everyday..

see?!! no time for "berjimba" at all!
no time for boyfie also! (if n only if i got one :P) kikiki...

anyway, cant wait for hari raya!! see ya all soon with raya theme!

Little Annoyance

i have this particular person to be the most annoying person i have ever met in my life.

Much to my annoyance, the person awarding herself to be the winner at all times.

It is irritating somehow, how the behavior or the stupidest habit can stain a heart.

What's left if people are enjoying or really care for her only for the sake of "jaga hati"?

The rest comes the hatred and annoyance to be heard or respond?

Ku Menangis

Tak pernah lagi aku alami kejatuhan pointer macam sem ni.
Rasa tertekan dia hanya Allah yang maha Esa je yang tahu.
menangis dan terus menangis. Tapi tak guna sebab tak boleh betulkan keadaan.
Cuma sesalan yang teramat sangat terpahat kat jiwa ni!

Siakap Tiga Rasa

assalamualaikum! hai kawan2..today i wud like to share a new recipe! as usual, it is created by me..hehe jd chef x bertauliah tiap2 hari tyme cuti ni...
okay,
this so called siakap tiga rasa is so expensive at the restaurant. but actually it only cost me less than rm10! unbelievable? believe it! so nah..the recipe

BAHAN-BAHAN :

1) ikan siakap
2) cili kering + bawang merah + bawang putih di kisar
3) potong dadu bahan ini : serai, bawang besar, cili padi, tomato (atau nenas utk rasa masam)
4) sos tomato
5) sos tiram
6) garam dan sesudu gula


CARA MEMASAK :

mula-mula kite tumis bahan nombor satu sampai la naik bau..kakak ipar saye kate sampai orang bersin, maka masak lah ia..hehe

then, kite letak air..bagi berkuah sket...

bile dah melegak, kite masuk la sos2 di atas...dan tambah gula n garam..

then baru la kite masuk sume bahan yg di potong dadu tu...
tunggu sampai melegak..

jilat dan rase..sedap!

ha ape lagi..tuang la atas ikan yg dah di goreng garing! syiiaaapp..!

mudah kan..selamat mencuba~

TARAAA!!

Ikan Bilis Sempoi

Ha..yang ni pulak untuk kwn2 kite yg bujang2..(yang da kawen pon boley) yg telah kehabisan barang basah spt ikan dan ayam..

so kalo la ade bahan kering yg tinggal contohnye ikan bilis dan kentang bole la juga di buat lauk kalau malas nak ke kedai ataupun kalau poket dah kering..

lagi2 kalau tinggal kat umah sewa..kat melaka tu kan..

ok,

BAHAN-BAHAN

1) Ikan Bilis
2) Kentang
3) Bawang merah + Putih
4) Lada hitam
5) Sos tiram

CARA MEMASAK

1) gorengkan kentang yg telah diletak garam dan kunyit...
2) goreng pule ikan bilis
3) Angkat bahan2 itu dan tumis kan bawang.. (minyak biau sikit je)
4) and then masukkan lada hitam n oyster sauce..secukup rasa..
5) siap~ boleh makan ngan nasi kosong panas2 pon dah okey...

ni la hasil nya!

Assam Pedas Melaka

heyya my dear frens..

harini nak share masak asam pedas..ciptaan sendiri yang sangat2 simple.
tapi sebabkan sy blaja di Melaka dah hampir 4tahun, bole dikatekan sy orang melaka la jugak..tu yg kate asam pedas melaka..

erm..ini resepi ditujukan kepada orang2 yang sebaya2 dengan sy ataupon yg lebih muda yang tak pernah cuba masak asam pedas..ok..ni basic jew..yang gempak nye resepi nanti sy cube dptkan kat makcik restoran kat melaka..hehe

BAHAN-BAHAN

1) Ikan (apa saje, kembung boley, pari pon sodap)
2) Cili kering dikisar (2 sudu)
3) Bawang putih dan merah ( 3 sudu)
4) Belacan (1 inci)
5) Bendi/terung/tomato
6) Daun kesum
7) Garam dan Gula
8) Air asam jawa (sederhana pekat)

CARA MEMASAK

1) Tumiskan bawang dan cili
2) Masukkan belacan, tumis sampai naik bau
3) Masukkan air asam jawa, tunggu sampai melegak
4) Masuk ikan dan bendi
5) masuk garam dan gula secukup rasa
6) Last sekali masukkan daun kesum
7) Rasa la...hehehe

Long Time No See

heyya!

today i meet a friend of mine, Hairi. its been about 5 months i didn't see him since he was doing practical training in KL.

we went to jonker walk kopitiam, in front of my college. having chit chat about this and that. suddenly he says,
"asal ko da gemok ha?"

argh!! damn..i hate it! i ignored his question. then after having meals, we walk together to UiTM. i walked beside him.

he says "asal aku rasa ko pendek ha?" i said. it was because i'm wearing flat sandal.

he says " aku rasa ko dah bolat la"

urgh.........once again!

yeah.. i hate it like this. it distracting my mind!

myra, common! it's a challenge to u! kuruskan badan!!
after this examination, i will treat u 2 new dress and perhaps a wedges - takla pendek lagi!! hehehehe

Antz

hola dear frens!

i would like 2 share sumtin with u about antz. i captured a few pics of antz at my mom's garden last weekend. yeah the study leave shud b spent for study supposedly. Tapi takpe, still wanna learn 2 use my baby nikon.

why i like antz?
because they are small..and tiny..n cute..and hard to see unless they walk together with their "rombongan cik kiah"..hehe..

when i was a kid, my english teacher (forgot his name) said that the antz are blind. they cant see their path and that is why they are walking by group in one line.. because they walk by sniffing their friends.

i did try to wipe the floor (cutting their path) and they got messed up! hehe..seronok!

Assalamualaikum!

today is a very tiring day! everyday is also the same..what is so special about 14th April? it is my late father's birthday. he shares the same birth date with may late best friend. Both of them are already gone. They left me so fast.

Talking about my late best friend,she was a hepy-go-lucky gal, died during the LIMA rehearsal in Langkawi a few years ago. It is about death. Very certain thing that will happen to us at any time.

I watched "Tanyalah Ustaz" a TV program at channel 9, the Ustaz said that we have to pray for a good ending of life.

I had an experience going through the "death". It was a few years ago when i undergo surgery. After the surgery, i woke up with a very painful neck. well, the surgery was to remove the thyroid. Seems like somebody was putting the knife at my neck. and i was dying.

The sad thing was, i dont even remember Allah at that time. I only say "sakit..sakit..sakit...". Dont even remember to "mengucap". Luckily, there was an aunty, whispering to me "mengucap nak....." That aunty was an indian, non-muslim. She was the cleaner at the hospital. She saw me crying with nobody beside me. I was really indebted to her though. So the thing that i wanna say here is,
let us pray for a good ending of life. may Allah always be in our mind, in our heart.

Al-Fatihah to both of my father and my best friend.

Presentation

Alhamdulillah,
thanks to You, my Lord. I did my presentation successfully. Thanks to Norhazlina Hamdan for the beautiful kebaya. I owe u dear!! hehe..

She solves the problem regarding the outfit. Well3, he (my lecturer) is very particular about dressing. So, here it is!

I only spent about 2hours that night before presentation. Its really a gud experience though. Learned many things especially about my heritage. Well ofkos learned so much about presentation; numbering, format, resources etc. I got 30.4 over 40 for this 2nd presentation. But, hey! he forgot my conclusion mark! should get about 3 to 4 more marks sir!

Thanks to all especially Mariah Syed Putra for helping me converting the video, songs etc..TQ2.. to Mumu, thanks for ur extra CD. Nanti i bayar ye! kui3..

and..x lupe juge, Mr. Azim the English teacher for touching up my sentences. C ya all soon!!
